Motion Blur Template
The menu can now be aligned via xml, left, right or center to the header as requested. The logo can now also be aligned via xml. It can be aligned center-middle as in the preview, top-left above the header or top-right above the header. So basically, you can now have the menu and logo set-up as in the preview, or have the logo in the header with menu aligned left or right.
